Our air conditioning copper pipes are designed for HVAC parts, with dimensions ranging from 1/4" to 3/8" in inches (6.35mm - 9.52mm in metric). These pipes are made of 99.9% pure copper, meeting ASTM B280 and C12200 standards.
Available sizes include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", and 1 1/8", with lengths of 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, and 50m. The insulation, made of 1/2" Polypropylene & UV Resistant material, meets ASTM E 84, UL94, ASTM D1056, and ASTM G 21 standards, with a working temperature range from -40ºC to 120ºC.
Our copper pipes are suitable for various air conditioning and refrigeration applications, including ductless mini-split, heat pump, and centralized air ducted units. With a pressure rating of 2100 to 7000 PSI, these pipes exceed the required 700 PSI for R410.
