Our air conditioning copper pipes for HVAC Parts come in various sizes to meet your needs. The out dimension ranges from 1/4" to 3/8" in inches and 6.35mm to 9.52mm in metric. These pipes are made of 99.9% pure copper, meeting ASTM B280 and C12200 standards.
We offer a range of AC Copper Sizes including 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", and 1 1/8", with lengths available in 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, and 50m. The insulation is made of 1/2" Polypropylene & UV Resistant, meeting ASTM E 84, UL94, ASTM D1056, and ASTM G 21 standards, with a working temperature range from -40ºC to 120ºC.
Our copper pipes are suitable for various Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Applications, including Ductless mini-split, heat pump, and Centralized Air Ducted Units. With a pressure rating ranging from 2100 to 7000 PSI, these pipes exceed the required 700 PSI for R410.
We produce the insulation in-house, allowing for customization with your company name, size, meters, etc.
