The insulation is made of 1/2" Polypropylene & UV Resistant, ensuring durability and safety with a working temperature range from -40ºC to 120ºC. It meets ASTM E 84, UL94, ASTM D1056, and ASTM G 21 standards.
With a pressure rating of 2100 to 7000 PSI, our PE Insulated Copper Tube exceeds the required 700 PSI for R410, making it suitable for various Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Applications, including Ductless mini-split, heat pump, and Centralized Air Ducted Units.
We produce our insulation in-house, allowing customization options such as printing your company name, size, and meters on the tube. Choose from sizes 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", and 1 1/8" to meet your specific requirements.
