Product Description:
Our air conditioning copper pipes are designed for HVAC parts, with outer dimensions ranging from 1/4" to 3/8" in inches (6.35mm - 9.52mm in metric). These pipes are made of 99.9% pure copper, meeting ASTM B280 and C12200 standards. Available sizes include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", and 1 1/8", with lengths of 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, and 50m.
The insulation is constructed with 1/2" Polypropylene & UV Resistant materials, meeting ASTM E 84, UL94, ASTM D1056, and ASTM G 21 standards. It has a working temperature range from -40ºC to 120ºC, suitable for various air conditioning and refrigeration applications, including ductless mini-split, heat pump, and centralized air ducted units.
Our pipes have a pressure rating of 2100 to 7000 PSI, exceeding the required 700 PSI for R410. Additionally, we produce the insulation in-house and can customize it with your company name, size, and meters.
